Ethan Smith Season Edit

Ethan Smith Season Edit 2017

Ethan spent his winter based once again in Kaltenbach, Austria where he lived and trained with his fellow WAYJ team mates. He was loving the mini proto – giving him the speed and stability to hit bigger features! His riding has clearly progressed a lot this season and he has started to enter some larger events on the FIS circuit. Check out his season edit!

Ethan aged 14, had a great season adding some hammer tricks to his bag at our training ground in Kaltenbach. And of course we are stoked on the double!

He was Mr Consistent in the comps, scoring a 3rd place at World Rookie Tour Trentino with a killer rail run and a textbook switch back 5 which put him through to the Finals in Kaprun.

This season Ethan also stepped up to the FIS circuit, hitting the Europa Cup Big Air in Götschen and meeting the criteria for the FIS Junior World Championships in Czech. Again, Mr Consistent put down a clean run and you can be sure that in the seasons to come he will be competing for that podium.
